TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms cover your use of crowdercreative.co and anything you buy or sign up for through it. The site is owned by Crowder Creative LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Crowder Creative," "I," "me"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Education, not professional advice

Emilee Crowder is a licensed therapist, but Crowder Creative is not a therapy practice. Everything on this site, including downloads, the resource database, consults, posts and links, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, clinical supervision, or medical, legal, financial or business advice, and it does not create a therapist-client or other professional relationship. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.

Digital downloads

  • License. Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Licensed mental health professionals may print or screen-share handouts with their own clients as part of their work with them. You may not resell, share or forward files, post them online, use them in your own products, courses or trainings, remove branding, or claim them as your own.

  • Delivery. Downloads are delivered digitally after checkout. If a file won't open or is damaged, email emilee@crowdercreative.co within 14 days and I'll replace it.

  • All sales are final. Because products are digital and delivered instantly, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

  • Payments. Checkout is handled by Squarespace, with payments processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Resource database membership

  • The resource database is a monthly membership ($14/month, or the price shown when you join) sold and billed through ThriveCart. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.

  • The membership gives you access to a list of third-party resources, hosted in Google Sheets. Many listed resources are free; others must be bought from their creators. I don't own, endorse or guarantee third-party resources, and I may add, change or remove listings at any time.

  • Your access is for you alone. Please don't share your link, copy the database, or republish it. I may end access for anyone who does.

Consults

1:1 consults are educational conversations about social media, branding and private practice. They are not therapy, coaching, clinical supervision, or legal, financial or tax advice. Payment is due when you book. [Add your rescheduling & no-show policy here.]

Affiliate links & brand partnerships

Some links on this site and on my social accounts are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. I also earn from purchases made through my ShopMy links. Sponsored content and gifted products are always disclosed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, downloads, logos and designs, belongs to Crowder Creative LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

Third-party sites

This site links to other websites and services (like Amazon, ShopMy, ThriveCart, Substack and Google). I'm not responsible for their content, products or policies.

No warranties

The site and all products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Crowder Creative LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crowder Creative LLC and Emilee Crowder are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Crowder Creative LLC and Emilee Crowder harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
