This policy explains what information Crowder Creative LLC ("I," "me") collects through crowdercreative.co, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

  • Information you give me: your name, email and anything you write when you fill out a form, contact me, join my email list, or book a consult.

  • Purchase information: when you buy a download, Squarespace collects your name, email and billing details, and Stripe processes your payment. I never see or store your full card number.

  • Membership information: when you join the resource database, ThriveCart collects your name, email and payment details to manage your subscription, and your email is used to give you access to the database in Google Sheets.

  • Consult bookings: booking through Google Calendar shares the name, email and details you enter.

  • Automatic information: like most websites, Squarespace collects basic data such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies, so I can see how the site is used.

  • Affiliate links: when you click an Amazon or ShopMy link, those companies may use cookies to credit the sale. Their own privacy policies apply.

How I use it

To deliver your purchases and membership, answer your messages, run consults, send emails you've signed up for, keep the site secure, understand what's helpful, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who I share it with

I don't sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run the business (Squarespace, Stripe, ThriveCart, Google and my email provider), with professional advisors like my accountant when needed, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing emilee@crowdercreative.co. I may need to keep some records, like purchase history, for legal and tax reasons.

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well.

How long I keep it

I keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website or email is completely secure. Please don't send sensitive personal or health information through forms or email.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I update this policy, the date at the top will change.
